Log houses are eco-friendly: wood acts as a conditioner that absorbs the heat in summer and in winter gives it back to people living in the log home. Therefore it is cool in log homes in summer and warm in winter.
"Norwegian" lock
Logs are combined in different ways, but one of the oldest and best is the norwegian compound (“norwegian” lock). It is indeed found to be the strongest and warmest among all of the compounds used in practice.

First, the logs are processed on the machines – the sides of logs are cut off, then the upper and lower parts. Most important after the whole process is for logs to become smooth and even to ensure a possibility for putting in the necessary amount of thermal isolation to conserve the heat.
Otherwise the walls in winter will be wet. In construction we use logs, whose length is 20 cm, height 30 cm and the place of compound, where one log is put on another, is 15 cm. We buy very high quality wood. Diameter of logs is never less than 32 cm.

"Norwegian" lock is unique, because while drying out (shrinkage is inevitable, even when the wood is dry, since after construction of log home, the material keeps collecting moisture, then emiting it and so on) and settling of the log shell such gusset under influence of its own weight self-locks and does not let the carriage turn.

Framework of a wooden house is produced on the construction site of our company. It allows us to perform the necessary control of all stages of assembly. Then an assembly plan is drawn up, framework delivered to the place of assembly and mounted directly on the foundation. In the construction we use mostly pine.
